Adventures Await as East Valley Children's Theatre begins its 26th season as a youth theatre for ages 5-18. Under the direction of new Artistic Director Bryanna Patrick Blanco, students will participate in five productions at the Mesa Arts Center, including Disney's Lion King Jr; Yes ,Virginia, There is a Santa Claus; The Frog Prince, a children's musical (winner of EVCT's 2022 Playwriting Contest); and Beauty and the Beast, as well as our Jr. Main Stage Production, The Little Mermaid. EVCT programs at our rehearsal studio include classes, workshops, camps, traveling troupes, and much more. Become a Friend of EVCT today and help keep the Adventures alive!
Pictured above is Tre Moore as The Cat in the Hat in Seussical, Jr. Tre traveled to New York this summer as Arizona's representative at the Jimmy Awards - a prestigious ceremony that showcases two students from every state. Tre is also one of the recipients of EVCT's college scholarships for 2022, which he will use for further study in theatre at ASU. Congratulations, Tre! We're proud of you!!
